恰逢学校十周年校庆之机，为推进学校向高水平国际化职业院校目标加速迈进，全面提升师生的国际化素养，3月15日下午，学校特邀新加坡特许科技学院（CITECH）校长李德威（David Lee）教授在东教学术报告厅作题为《VUCA时代培养能力与自信为导向的教学法与实践》的专题讲座。讲座由学校党委副书记、校长戴海东教授主持，全校100余名专任教师、学生代表参加。
In the afternoon of March 15th, in order to accelerate the school's progress towards the goal of becoming a high-level international vocational college and comprehensively improve the international quality of teachers and students, Professor David Lee, Principal of the Singapore Chartered Institute of Technology (CITECH), was invited by the University to deliver a lecture on 'Competence and Assertiveness Oriented Teaching and Practice in the VUCA Era' in the Academic Lecture Hall. The lecture was hosted by Professor Dai Haidong, deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and president of the university. More than 100 full-time teachers and student representatives attended the lecture.
在讲座中，李德威先生阐述了在中新两国多校推广的国际化教学法：“德威教学法”的教育理念——强调在教学中培养学生自信的重要性，即以学生为中心，以职业价值观与能力为导向，注重教与学融通，形成一种既发挥教师的主导作用，又能充分体现学生主体地位的以自主、探究、合作为特征的教与学方式，并介绍了其教学团队自主设计的SCC三位一体教学程式：即以自主学习、小组共同学习和面授课堂阶段性递进的教学过程，阐述了以赛代考、开放式问题、项目式教学、问题导向式学习等构成的融合式教学方法，逐项分析其过程性考核中“五光十色”的教学评价体系，详解以教学改进与创新为核心的教学反馈机制。
In his lecture, Mr. Lee explained the international teaching methods being promoted in many schools in China and New Zealand: The educational concept of 'Devi Teaching method' emphasizes the importance of cultivating students' self-confidence in teaching. It is student-centered, guided by professional values and abilities, and pays attention to the integration of teaching and learning, so as to form a teaching and learning method characterized by autonomy, inquiry and cooperation that not only gives full play to the leading role of teachers but also fully reflects the dominant position of students. And introduced the SCC Trinity teaching program independently designed by its teaching team: In other words, based on the teaching process of independent learning, group learning and step-by-step face-to-face classroom, this paper expounds the integrated teaching method composed of competition test, open question, project teaching and problem-oriented learning, analyzes the 'colorful' teaching evaluation system in the process assessment, and details the teaching feedback mechanism with teaching improvement and innovation as the core.
李德威先生现任新加坡特许科技学院校长、联威教育管理集团总裁，是新加坡X-实验室创始人、亚洲教育创新研究院院长，曾在2010年至2014年连续两届担任全球最大的市场营销行业协会—英国皇家特许市场营销协会新加坡区域总部主席，其在一个半小时的讲座中穿花引蝶，在理论建构与实例讲解中舒卷自如，充分体现出一位学者型校长的理性与睿智。
Mr. Lee is currently President of the Chartered Institute of Technology Singapore and President of Unitway Education Management Group. He is the founder of X-Lab Singapore and President of the Asian Institute of Education Innovation. He served as the Chairman of the Singapore Regional Headquarters of the Royal Chartered Institute of Marketing, the world's largest marketing industry association, for two consecutive terms from 2010 to 2014. In the one-and-a-half hour lecture, he was comfortable in theory construction and example explanation, which fully reflected the rationality and wisdom of a schoolmaster.
本次讲座由教学督导处（教师发展中心）主办，教育部智能制造中外人文交流基地（智能装备学院）、职教政策与项目实施工坊（发展规划处）承办，是2023年教培工坊第三期活动，同时也是本年度首场国际化专题讲座。
This lecture is hosted by the Teaching Supervision Office (Teacher Development Center), organized by the Foreign Cultural Exchange Base of Intelligent Manufacturing (Institute of Intelligent Equipment) and Vocational Education Policy and Project Implementation Workshop (Development Planning Office) of the Ministry of Education. It is the third activity of the 2023 Teaching and Training Workshop, and also the first international thematic lecture of this year.
