In order to deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party, actively respond to the national “Belt and Road” initiative, strengthen pre-departure education for personnel going abroad from our college, ensure the safety of teachers traveling, and successfully complete the mission, on the afternoon of February 20, ZJCST held a pre-departure mobilization meeting for the exchange group going to Kazakhstan. Peng Weibin, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the college, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

Peng Weibin stated that ZJCST places great importance on internationalization and continuously strives for high-quality educational resources. He hopes everyone will cherish the opportunity for learning and exchange, and fully prepare for the journey in combination with their own work to achieve the greatest learning outcomes within a limited time frame. Peng Weibin emphasized the following: first, to accompany peers in carrying out our mission and embark on a new journey of transnational exchange; second, to strictly adhere to the disciplines in foreign affairs and solidify the foundation of national consciousness; third, to spread the stories of China and showcase its elegance; fourth, vocational education must set sail for overseas, returning with fruitful exchanges. The exchange group should integrate their learning and insights with practical work, propose feasible improvement suggestions and innovative ideas, continuously explore avenues for service enterprises to “go global”, and create a distinctive brand for vocational education going abroad, contributing wisdom and strength to the college's professional development, teaching and research, and international advancement.

The Party Committee Member and Vice President Zheng Wei presided over the meeting, with relevant leaders from the Party School Office, School of Safety Management, and International Exchange and Cooperation Center in attendance, and the head of the delegation to Kazakhstan, Xu Jinhu, made a statement.
